The August cool front in T E X A S no doubt……

We started the day at Grapevine at 7 am….

Sunrise Lake Grapevine…….       sweeeeeeat!

 

And what happened at 730am…

We were also on Lake Carolyn in Las Colinas support…..

Dallas Five 55 for the August swim & run…

So sunrise Las Colinas and Lake Carolyn too!

 

And it was also time to get trashed with our friends

like 3 wheel  Bad to the Bone Marvin B…

Or our trash winner today, the recipient of the Dry Box award for best in class….trash!

I normally like to close on some sort of inspirational thought but this time a friend of mine’s son summed it up

 

Wyatt’s shirt says…….
