We made it to hidden cove park on the north east side of Lake Lewisville, this is a really neat part of the lake.. As with most tri’s it s sunrise start, but we like that…a lot! Monica the head Life Guard and WSI was on hand too Just FYI she left to go across…

It was so cool because the temp was never over 100… D E G R E E S!!!         In Texas…. in August   WOW! We got our safety talk and we hit the water at 9am sharp made it through the first swift water area just fine… and only lost 1 paddler…….   not to worry…
